So, third person it is then.

Adam is Associate Creative Director at M/H VCCP, San Francisco. 

Before moving to California, he worked at DDB Sydney, where, in 2013 he was part of the team that for Australia Day changed the name of McDonald’s to Macca’s.

The idea became one of the year’s biggest PR successes, and was awarded 6 Cannes Lions (Gold, Silver, Bronzes, and a Creative Effectiveness Lion). It also became a fixture in every ‘Most Australian things ever’ list.

Creating campaigns for accounts including Audi, SoFi and Golden State Warriors.

Highlights

  • Filming for Audi with Stan Lee, Lou Ferrigno (the original Hulk), and Jay and Silent Bob. A 90s kids dream cast.

  • Hijacking the Wi-Fi at the 2016 New York International Auto Show, just to point out that the new Audi A4 is better than the BMW 328i.

Created campaigns for Volkswagen, McDonald’s, Gatorade, Wrigley’s, Expedia, Telstra, Tourism Australia and many more. With a number of these being awarded, both for creativity and effectiveness.
During this time DDB Sydney won Campaign Brief Agency of the Year, AdNews Agency of the Year and Creative Magazine ‘Advertising Hotshop’ award.
